Welcome to the little known shortcut feature on iOS. Oh yes...go in settings:general:keyboard:shortcuts. This can be used good or bad ways.

I use those all the time. This one is different because I didn't have to make it, it just recognized after a while that I always change "oppo" to "Oppo." But mostly I use them in bad ways, one of my friends names autocorrects to slime pig in another's phone. They've yet to discover it.
